Fashion Friday

Today's post is all about Fashion...

Ok so not really but here's a fashion tip for you. Do NOT go four months without getting your hair trimmed. Birds will try to make nests out of your split ends they will be so dead and dry. I promise.

So after four long months of putting it off, I got my hair done. My roots look one million times better! My stylist Holly informed me that I needed to get my hair trimmed once every 5-6 weeks in order to keep it healthy.



Below is my Before "hairdo" photo...yucky faded color. straw like split ends. I can't believe I was let out in public with ends that looked that bad!! Look closely you can see a bird nesting in there!
After! Ahhh. Much Better! More Natural in my opinion. She added lowlights and highlights. She did my hair in her kitchen so I wouldn't have to pay her salon price :) I felt kind of funny walking around with my hair foiled in front of her husband and the friends he had over... Oh well.

Top Ten Thursday

I'm super excited about Today's Top 10 Thursday because....

It's top 10 Reasons why I LOVE my Blackberry!!!

And boy do I ever love my blackberry!!

Why you ask??

10. Because It's red and pretty

9. Because it's lasted so long! Birdie even chewed on it and it's lasted...teeth marks and all.

8. Because I can play BrickBraker for free as much as I want and Sean cannot beat my high score and it makes him mad!

7. Because I can Never get Lost with my Navigation a la Blackberry

6. Because I can check my e-mail whenever I want

5. Because T9 Sucks

4. Because I can blue tooth to my Mac for Internet... No wires!!!

3. Because I get to check the weather at any moment which helps feed my paranoia during thunderstorms

2. Because it's musical ring tones wake me up ever so softly verses my alarm clock that beeps at me and jerks me out of sleep.

1. Because at all times I'm connected to everything I'd ever need to function...is it sad I depend on my phone and feel naked without it??


I just realized I started ever point with the word "Because" I don't really feel like finding another word to insert there so just pretend I didn't start every point with that word :) Thanks

I'm Alive

Well I survived the night!!! The police hound dogs tracked the guy down river a few miles so I slept a little easier. The dogs never caught up with him though, he's long gone by now I assume. I wonder if he'll come back for his girlfriend? What I really want to know is what he did that was so bad!? They had the US Marshals out there looking! Apparently he was armed..I'm glad I didn't know that yesterday when Sean was out running around looking for him.

***Edited to add for Laura and Josh*** I didn't take pictures because 1. I only went home to make sure all was ok with Sean because he wasn't answering my calls and 2. I'm scared of policemen..I thought they might ask me not to take pictures of their suspect :) 3. I totally FORGOT my camera!!! I will put photos of my new hair do up though, it's just raining today and it looks all frizzy and puffy and you don't want to see that I promise!
