Shootin' Skeet

We had a very beautiful weekend. The sun finally peaked it's head out from the clouds on Sunday, for the first time in a week, and we enjoyed every minute of it.

Sean and some of his friends went in the back yard for skeet shooting practice. (for those of you who don't know what skeet shooting is, it's where you shoot at a clay disk {skeet} that is flung into the air. It's used for target practice for hunting birds) Banjo watched and Birdie, who had never been around Guns, hid under the bed. We'll have to start shooting more to get her out of her gun shyness.They went through boxes and boxes of shells.

Even I practiced a little. I suck at moving targets and my shoulder hurts really bad from the kick of the gun. (check out my beautiful updo in this picture....I know you are jealous that your hair can't look that good)

After Target practice Sean had to have a little talk with the Chocolate Children about how disappointed he was in their Listening abilities. He blamed it all on Me saying I spoiled them too much. That is so not True!We had a great weekend at the Rodeos. Sean one 500 dollars this weekend Yay! We're getting ready for a busy fall schedule, from Rodeo Finals, to Weddings, to Football games..I'm booked through November!!

The past month I've been making Necklaces for fun and I want to Start selling them on Esty!! I'm working on setting up an account and I'd love for you to check it out once it's up and running!
