I will slightly modify this Top Ten, as LZ did at My Messy Paradise.
The Top Ten Reason I DO NOT love to run.
10. I sweat profusely like a menopausal woman
9. My thighs rub together so much that they might catch fire.
8. My lower limbs tend to get numb after
7. My lungs feel as if they have been deflated
6. I have flat feet. It isn't a pretty sight to see me run.
5. I sweat profusely like an old man who is overweight
4. I'm allergic to running.
3. The extra weight around my middle bounces unpleasantly.
2. I sweat profusely like a work horse
And the Number one Reason I hate to run is
1. It HURTS and I'M LAZY!
One day maybe I will enjoy to run and it won't be torture and I'll loose those 15 pounds I've been trying to get rid of! ...maybe ....one day.

hahaha... nice. I hate running too. I do aerobics at the gym... and today the lady about killed me. Enough with the jumpin rope already!
