Well I'm back in the good ol' state of Arkansas.. It's good to be home. I'm worn smooth out. I'm ready to crawl in bed and sleep for days...but there's way too much to do! I returned home to two happy dogs and 5 chickens that have grown so much in the last four days!! The chicken with one leg is gaining control of her broken leg just a little bit more every day, I think she may gain use of it again! ...i'm so surprised that I now have chickens. I totally expected them to not live this long.
I saw a lot of cool things on my trip to Ohio, I've never been to that area and it was beautiful...it was just starting to look like spring there, which was weird because our trees have been fully bloomed for a few weeks now.
We ate at this little cafe right on the Ohio/Indiana state line and it was the cutest little town! All the buildings were colorful and in great shape!
These photos were taken with my blackberry, so excuse the quality. I took my good camera but didn't want to lug it around all afternoon. The sales class went good, we met a lot of nice people and learned a lot.
On the way back we flew home through Chicago... If you look very closely and use your imagaination you can see the chicago skyline and the Sears tower..or whatever it's called now.
This was leaving chicago.. I was amazed at how straight all the lights were :)
But, this little thing was the highlight of my trip. Automatically protected toilet seats. You put your hand in front of a sensor and a new strip of plastic covered the toilet seat, so you could sit germ free. I was amazed. Now, this may be a regular thing up in the "big city" but here in Arkansas we still have the little paper sheets that you use, or you just hover, or you are like me and your fear of using public restrooms keeps you holding it in until you want to cry.
Am I the only one to experience this magnificant inventions? Or is this the norm in other places??
Have a great Thursday!

I've seen those but they are definitely not the norm!
I have NEVER seen that before!! WIsh they had those at work!
We have those toilet thingys all over the twin cities. They do feel a little strange to sit on, but they're soo nice and sanitary!! Glad you're happy to be home, Happy Friday Eve :-)
I've never seen automatic toilet protectors before either - that would be awesome to have in a public restroom!
I've seen those before, but definitely not here in our small town. We don't even get the papers around here.
Never seen it before, and still trying to figure out how the heck it works. Crazy.
