I'll be back

From Google Images

I have an unwanted visitor in my house that is multiplying.  I have killed two of these unwanted visitors so far but apparently he told his friends all about my house before I killed him and they are all coming in to party.

We live in a field.  We live in a field next to the river that has overflowed and pushed all the little field creatures onto higher ground, higher ground is my house.

I had NO idea we had another roommate until Sean called me and said, "I think we have a mouse in the house."  I told Sean he was probably just hearing things and he said, "Um, no I just saw it run down the hall."  Great.  I went to Wal-mart right away and bought four sticky pads and one live mouse trap.

The very next morning we had a mouse in the live trap, which Sean called the PETA mouse trap, because it didn't kill or hurt the mouse.  Apparently me and this mouse have something in common, the love of Peanut Butter, that was the bait I used and we had him within 12 hours.  Sean took the mouse to the hay barn and let it out, I think the kitty's might have gotten him.

I really thought my mouse problem was over, but I left the sticky traps out just incase.  Saturday morning I awoke to a mouse caught on a sticky trap that had mysteriously moved about 6 feet from where I had placed it.  It kind of freaked me out...   two down.

I thought my problems were finally over and then I heard something scurrying under the kitchen sink last night and opened it up to find little "left behinds" of the scurrying animal.  So now when I get home after work I'm going to have to empty out everything under my kitchen sink, which is basically jammed packed with cleaning supplies,  and clean up all the little prizes this mouse left for me.

I officially Hate mice and am now on a warpath to Kill them all!  I am the mouse terminator.

I'll be back..

Post about Jack

This weekend I was lucky enough to get to visit My cousin Erin and her two friends, Kacey and Caroline.  While they were working so very hard at their Garage Sale, I got to babysit their beautiful children.  I took a million pictures so I'm going to have to break down each child into their own post.

Today's post is about Jack, Caroline's blonde haired, precious little boy.

He's probably the calmest, sweetest, quietest little boy I've ever been around.

His Big Brown eyes and blonde curls will just melt your heart!

We  watched TV, colored, and watched Jack run fast and jump high!

He's gonna be a heartbreaker one day!

I hope if I ever have a little boy, he's a sweet and well behaved as Mr. Jack!

Wishin'

So I've totally been bored at work this afternoon.  I've been doing a little online shopping since Christmas is so close.  I've picked out just about everything I want to get everyone on my Christmas list and I would LOVE to share them with everyone but the majority of my readers are people who are on that Christmas list and I wouldn't want to spoil their surprise!!  So..I'll post my Christmas wish list.  Mom, Sean..pay attention.

I want a Bigger Memory Card.  I found this one a pretty good price, and I think 16 GB is just to much and 6 is not enough.  As Goldlocks said this one is Juuuuust Riiiight.

I don't have a specific Tri-pod picked out yet, and I'm going to have to do some research.  So this may be a Christmas Gift to myself.
Have any of you (Laura) done any research on some good tripods?

This Is a Canon EF-S 60mm f/2.8 Macro USM.  It's kind of expensive for a Christmas gift but this is my "Wish" list.. I can Wish Right?

My Mom has a bag like this and I love it.  I'd really like this to put all my Camera Crap in.

I'm not a perfume wearer but I really want to be.  Sean says he loves it when girls smell good and even though I'm just a natural good smelling person, I think this perfume would make me smell even better! ha.

These next two items may be Jenna's gifts to herself because I still have a two  Dillard's Cards left over from last year that I will probably buy them with.  The brown ones are super cute Giani Bini's and the Slutty black ones are Jessica Simpson's.  I love them.

I won this shampoo at an auction.  Well I technically wn it but I still had to buy it because it was an auction.  Anyway it Smells SOOOOO good.  I'm almost out and What a perfect gift it would make from my sisters.  One could get me Shampoo and the other Conditioner.  Cheap and SImple!  (Hint:  it's TIGI, pretty sure Jeanna sells it)

Well that's my Wish List!  I have my gifts picked out for all my Family but I haven't bought them yet so if you have a specific gift you'd like to to buy you let me know!!  Thanks Fam!

So what's on everyone else's wish list??

Homecoming

Homecoming Queen 1978, My Mother.   31 years later...My Sister Melissa.

Is it just me or are there some Similarities?? ha

I just realized I had never posted any Homecoming photos, having the flu might have made me forget.

Melissa looked Beautiful and the speech that the Queen is supposed to give was wonderful, Melissa memorized it and everything.  It was very uplifting.  This was our High School's 100th year of Scrapper Football so lots of people were there!

This is a photo of me, my sister, and all my other girl cousins.

I'm not sure what Melissa and my Dad  were to tickled at but we got lots of photos of them laughing.

It was a wonderful night and I'm glad Melissa got to experience something so special!!

Have a Great Friday!!
