The 2009 American Idol Kris Allen! WooHoo!!! I'm gonna miss American Idol. I've been obsessed this year. Maybe I won't be so bad next year. I guess I'll have to find a new show to be obsessed with until then...or maybe I'll just get a life?
I'm very happy that American is choosing winners who are both musically and vocally talented! First David Cook now Kris. I think that if Chris Daughtry would have been able to play his
instrument he would've won his season too. The Finale Last night was probably the best I've ever seen. There were so many celebs there. I don't know how they are going to top that performance next year. I laughed really hard at the Bikini girl skit...I wonder if she knew Kara was going to come out and sing, because she looked pissed. I only have one complaint...why did Adam get to play with legendary Kiss and Kris got Keith Urban? Not that I don't like Keith Urban but Adam got pyrotechnics and Kiss came down from the ceiling!
After last night I've decided I have the biggest crush ever on Kris! His wife is the cutest ever and I wish they would've shown more of them together. I watched some of the after party interviews with him and her and they are so sweet together. I really don't think I could handle my husband being a famous star, wanted by girls everywhere. Especially since they were only married a few months before he had to move to LA without her. That would be really hard for me.

Love your post of AI. I wish they would have shown more of Kris's wife too. It was irritating that they interview his parents and not his wife, I would be ticked. They are going to have a lot to deal with during their first year of marriage, I am sure it won't be easy.
