Surgery

Well Girls and Boys, Tomorrow I go under the knife. Yep. I'm nervous, I'm scared, I'm afraid I'm going to pass out again. What am I having surgery for you ask? I'm getting my gallbladder removed. Apparently that little thing isn't needed to sustain life and it's causing me A LOT of trouble that I thought was a result of my Celiac Disease but I was wrong!

I had come to the conclusion that I would just have to suffer for life and that even a wheat free diet wasn't going to fix my pain. After ruling out ulcers, tumors, and panic attacks that Web MD had diagnosed me with it turns out it was just my gallbladder. stupid gallbladder. The surgery is just an outpatient thing and I should be well within a few days, just a little sore. So stick me on your prayer list and hopefully everything will go well!

I am so sorry to hear about your surgery. You will be in my prayers!

I had mine out a few years back and it was the best thing I have ever done!!! Just a little bit of info for you to help with your recovery....make sure when you come out of surgery that they have the head of your bed elevated higher than your chest...in other words....don't lay down flat in the bed. During the surgery they fill your stomach with air and if you lay flat after words it will go up into your chest and it will feel like you are having a heart attack...trust me...I speak from experience!!!!

Best of luck to ya girlie!!!!

Jenna! I'll be praying for you...and on a side note, the pictures you've been taking...they're AMAZING! keep up the good work. If I ever have a child, or get married, or have a major life event, YOU must take my pictures...
Good Luck and Hopefully you'll feel better when the surgery (and healing) are past!
