awol

Well I've been AWOL on my blog for a few days...Not that anyone noticed..but I'll tell you more about Why I've been absent later...  But for today I'm going to participate in 5 Question Friday Hosted by Mamma M.

* I started this post at work at 1 pm and got really busy and am just now at 1am finishing it so technically it's 5 Questions Saturday...

Today's Five questions are:

1. What are you most afraid of?
   I am and have always been scared of the dark.  I'm not technically scared of the "dark" or any thing of that shade, I'm just afraid of not knowing what is around me or what could hide and run up and grab me or kill me.  I would be just as scared if you put a blind fold on me in the day time, so I guess I would be totally psycho scared if I was blind...

Apparently I'm also scared of mice.  We had another mouse come in through the whole under the sink where the water pipe comes up....apparently my duct tape fix didn't last very long.  When Sean opened the sink under the cabinet a mouse jumped out and ran behind the fridge...I screamed bloody murder and tried to jump on something high...there was nothing high around me so I just ended up trying to climb the wall.  I didn't realize I was scared of mice..

2. Do you use a flat iron or curling iron?
Welllllll... I have naturally curly hair so using a flat iron would fry my hair because I'd have to iron it so much so I just blow dry it straight with a paddle brush, put rollers in it, and then flatten the parts that are kinky... which is usually just the cowlick in the front.

3. Hands-free or phone to the ear?
Phone to ear...I must be logging in some serious hours this month because I have broken out on my cheek exactly where my phone rests when I talk...maybe I should take a break from the phone...or switch to the other ear.

4. Do you have a matching bedroom set?
Kind of.  I have matching headboard, dresser, and armoire but I painted my bedside tables black to match, so they match they just didn't come with my current set.  I also have an old trunk at the base of my bed that is old and rusty and black...so it matches.  I will have to post a photo of it because I found it at the habitat for humanity resell store and basically stole it... (it was cheap)  I'm very proud of it.

5. Do you believe in the paranormal?
I believe in intuition and "feelings" but I don't believe in fortune telling and stuff like that.
