They Did What?!

THEY WASTED THEIR SAVE ON MATT?? I mean, Matt's a good singer and all but come on! What if Adam or Kris or Alison get voted off next week? What then Simon?? BAD MOVE. But I mean, whatever. Obviously, they think that next week Matt will be voted off and I mean when you think about it Lil, Anoop, and Alison have all been in the bottom three along with Matt. Adam, Kris, and Danny have never been in the bottom three so next week it will probably be Matt & Anoop/Lil, depending on how Anoop does. Then any four after that are worthy of winning the whole thing. So It didn't matter I guess. But I'm gonna be ticked if it turns out they wasted their save. Oh life would be boring with out AI.

So on to real life, I'm getting my hair did this afternoon. I want to cut it off so bad but I've worked to hard to grow it long, and it's so easy to fix. I'm gonna go a little lighter for summer though. Maybe wake my look up a little ya know? I'll have pictures tomorrow.

Let me just tell you about my night/early morning. And before you read this story please know that the Lord has blessed me with so many wonderful things, sometimes he does little things to annoy me and that help me realize that no matter how tough things are it could always be worse! He reminds me of what all he has given me and what all I have to be thankful for.

Now on with my story..Apparently Banjo is a wonder dog and raising him was a fairytale life. In real life puppies poopie and peepee everywhere, bite so hard you cry, and chew everything in sight, including the carpet & walls. So last night after letting Banjo and Birdie out to use the bathroom I put Birdie in her night time cage and told Banjo to lay down and go to sleep. Around 4 AM I was in the middle of an awesome dream, (you know, the kind you can't remember but just makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside) and suddenly, Birdie woke me up crying. It was such a pitiful painful cry. At first I didn't realize what was going on, I thought maybe she had gotten a foot stuck in the cage or something. Then I realized that she probably had to pee. So I stumbled out of bed, tripped over Banjo, and the chest at the end of my bed and fumbled around with her cage door until I got it opened. I picked her up and still halfway asleep walked down the dark hallway to the porch to let her outside.

About three steps from the porch Birdie couldn't hold it any longer and she peed all over me. At this point I woke up completely and said a word that only comes out of my mouth when I'm half asleep and I get peed on, which isn't often, in fact it's never happened before. And just so you know this wasn't a cute little puppy tinkle, this was a "I've been holding it all night" tinkle and I'm pretty sure that she lost a pound after that potty break. I had puppy peepee all over my t-shirt ,all over one leg of my shorts ,and all down my leg. I put Birdie outside and she peed again! I debated whether or not I should just change clothes, dry off and go back to bed, or to take a shower. Since it was now about 4:15 AM I almost just changed and went to bed but I came to my senses and decided that was a little gross. So around 4:20 AM I took a shower.

This whole time Sean was peacefully counting sheep. Banjo got really excited that things were going on in the house and brought all his squeak toys into the bathroom and how Sean did not wake up, I'll never understand. I guess this foreshadows what our life with children will be like... ugh, I can't wait... Anyway after I took a shower I let Birdie back inside and her and Banjo began to play and it was so sweet I though I'd let her stay out of her cage for a few minutes to play with Banjo. So I let them play while I cleaned up the puppie peepee and then walked into the living room, where they were playing to put them to bed. I walked around the corner and Birdie was in the poopie position by the door. I yelled NOOOOO and grabbed her and ran outside. I set her down in the grass and she looked up at me with a look that said, "you scared me, I can't poop now." I knew she had to go, because I'd just witnessed the start of it so I sat outside anxiously waiting for her to finish her job so I could go back to sleep, the time was about 4:45.

About 5 AM Birdie finally did her business, but only after I brought Banjo outside, told him to go pee pee and Birdie followed him out into the yard to poopie. (See Banjo is a wonder dog, you tell him to go pee-pee and he does) So finally I put the dogs to bed and walk into the kitchen to get a glass of water and I step in pee pee. Birdie had sometime peed AGAIN! So after washing my foot, cleaning the kitchen floor, and praying to God that the dog quits peeing, I went to sleep for one more hour before my alarm went off to start the day.

This morning was really a great start to a great day! (sarcasm is to be inserted into the previous sentence) One day I'll look back at this and laugh... but not today. Oh well, at least I have my health :)
